When we do so we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union and the United Kingdom and we are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.
We also transact with customers based in the USA. Whilst this Privacy Policy is applicable to all users of our website and V1CE customers, the majority is applicable to data subjects residing in the UK and EU. However, as we offer our services and transact with customers in the US, there are some additional terms within this Privacy Policy which are applicable only to US data subjects.
